My six year old daughter will occasionally request mush for supper. Such a super easy and frugal meal to make.
I made one batch this last time for the five of us that are eating and we ate it all. We could have used a double batch. My cast iron skillet is great for cooking the mush in order to get a good crunchy outside.
I love that I am making something that is handed down through the generations. My great grandma would make this meal to eat.
